the hotel try to accomodate any needs that we request. even advice to reduce rooms because we overbooked rooms for 12 person instead 8 person. normally hotel just go with it, but this hotel is kind enough to advise us to reduce the amount of rooms that we request so we do not over spent. thanks.

Air conditioning, water heater, wifi and tv functions very well. Room is clean. Friendly staff for check-in and check-out.

The Japanese style bed is so comfortable.. The facilities prepared was handy and helpful..

Strategic location with plenty of restaurants around and not far from UTM.

Comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay at this hotel when i visit Johor again.
